Administrative Specialist – PART TIME

Interning as a Administrative Specialist you will:

  • Responsible for different administrative activities related to Compliance and Contract Management and other administrative tasks.
  • Other responsibilities will cover: internal communication, general bookkeeping assistance, making some analytical tasks for Commercial Operations Dept.
  • Creating tests for Company standards (e.g. SOP, Policies) SOPs and supporting their proper execution
  • Archiving business related documents, contracts with suppliers, briefing papers, reports, sampling documentation and documentation for compliance
  • Assist with any additional duties, responsibilities or special projects as requested by the by COL

What should you know / have:

  • Ability to work with verbal information and being able to highlight key outcome from the big amount of information and with good written languages: CZ and EN
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organizational & administrative abilities
  • An excellent working knowledge of computer packages / systems required within the unit, such as Word; Excel; PowerPoint;
  • An ability to deal with wide variety of sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
  • Demonstrate high responsibility and attention to details in all matters
  • SMART in priorities setting and time management for mutual tasks
