Primary job responsibilities include:
 
The Associate Platform Lead is responsible for supporting the Platform Lead in defining, evolving and executing on the Platform vision and strategy.
 
• Act as de facto Platform Lead as required to communicate and align the appropriate delivery activities to the platform vision and strategy
• Drive platform strategy across the platform and product teams to ensure alignment and identify and act upon harmonization opportunities
• Partner with strategic vendors to understand and influence their product roadmaps
• Ensuring the that the product, cross platform and platform vision, strategy and execution are aligned to common goals
• Support the marketing of the platform and products across both the GHH IT and Business
• Own the creation of the platform roadmap based on inputs from the platform leads and platform architects
• Lead cross platform initiatives to support a greater harmonization between the technical and functional solutions
• Work closely with the commercial platform architects to ensure platform vision is enabled by relevant and evolving architecture
• Manage the financial commitments of the CIM Platform based on portfolio funding
• Conduct research on and provide direction in identifying appropriate and evolving technologies that meet the business objectives
• Coordinate the delivery of platform strategic backlog items with the product build teams
• Act as key point of contact and management for stakeholders in the local region
• Advocate for the use of the commercial platforms for all stakeholders across GHH
• Implement new ways of working across the commercial platform teams and drive measurable continuous improvement activities across the platforms
• Develop deep knowledge on the CIM platform and wide knowledge across the commercial platforms
• Develop the one Platform mindset across all platform teams
We are seeking professionals with the following qualifications, skills and experience:
 

Must have

• Education:  BSc or MSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management or related discipline with 3-5 years’ experience in a Commercial environment
• Demonstrated experience in Commercial Information Management including master data management, ETL processes, and data warehousing
• Strong background in BI and Analytics tools and technologies
• Strong background in data warehousing tools and technologies
• Experience with cloud-based / SaaS solutions
• Strong analytical thinker and problem solving skills
• Experience of different ways of working and delivery methodologies – iterative, agile, kanban
• Interest in emerging technology and application to resolving relevant business issues
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data across the commercial environment (sales, marketing, digital etc.) and supporting the use of these types of data with key Business stakeholders


Preferred

• Prior experience in designing and implementing cloud computing and/or web-based solutions
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a geographically disbursed environment
• Technical knowledge of ETL processing in Redpoint or Informatica

Taleo is hosted by a third party vendor, Oracle, based in the United States. Oracle may also use additional third party vendors to process personal data. Oracle has contractually committed to protect Personal Information and to process it only as instructed by our company, including the destruction of the Personal Information at the end of the retention period. Oracle has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework for processing employee related Personal Information.
Access to Personal Information may be from within the country in which the individual to whom the data relates is based, or from any other country in which an authorized user of Taleo is based. While the country from which information is accessed may not have laws that protect Personal Information in the same way as the country in which you are based, all Personal Information in Taleo will be used in accordance with the Global Privacy Notice for Employment-Related purposes , any local privacy notices you receive, all applicable company policies with respect to the privacy and confidentiality of Personal Information, including, but not limited to our Global Privacy and Data Protection Policy and our Global Internet Privacy Policy and any additional requirements of the countries in which the employees to whom the data relate are based.

 

How do I update, correct or delete Personal Information in Taleo?

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your Personal Information that you provide and maintain in your Taleo Profile at any time. You can also request that the information be removed from our database by contacting the company’s Privacy Office. At any time you may decide no longer to use Taleo, raise a concern or make a complaint about your privacy or use or sharing of Personal Information about you by contacting the company’s Privacy Office.
