We are looking a highly skilled individual with subject matter expertise in Network Security, Firewall Management, IPS/IDS, VPN, Reverse Proxy, Remote Access, Mobile Remote Access and Network Protocols who will support global network perimeter solutions, services, and hardware.


As a Sr. Network Security Specialist, you will independently lead security and perimeter related projects, perform changes to the perimeter infrastructure, monitor the health of the architecture, investigate and resolve problems, and execute projects for perimeter devices within the infrastructure.


You will provide leadership to team members and coordinate global and interdepartmental projects from inception through to implementation.  You will oversee the quality of the work and ensure it meets our departmental and corporate standards.


You will interface with Network Engineering on new tools, architectures, and introduction of new devices into the production environment. As a lead in the perimeter space, you will be system management expert (SME) relied upon by management and leads across departments to propose solutions, lead complex problem resolution(s), develop new operational procedures, and have a strong breadth of knowledge across all technologies managed within the network perimeter team.


You will provide decision making activities for your region and at times globally on behalf of the department. Those responsibilities will include authorizations for emergency changes, and guidance to junior perimeter staff regarding changes, development efforts and project work tasks and assignments.

Required Experience and Skills

  • +7 years in Network Engineering/Operations with +5 of those in a Perimeter support role
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of Networking Perimeter technologies
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills:
    • Able to establish good working relationships globally and collaborate with networks of employees at all levels
    • Ability to foster cooperation in others
    • High personal integrity, credibility, and energy
    • Decision making skills
  • Experience supporting remote access tools, architectures, and utilities
  • Engineering or Operations support of VPN solutions such as IPSEC, GRE and SSL
  • Experience with Federation services and Radius
  • Experience with Cloud Exchange, AWS, Azure, and VPC’s.
  • Deep understanding and expertise with Network LAN/WAN
  • Deep knowledge of Cisco routers and switches
  • Deep knowledge of Juniper SA / MAG / Pulse Security Gateways
  • Deep knowledge of firewalls, reverse proxies, VPN solutions and Web Gateways
  • Industry recognized certifications such as CISSP, CCNA/CCNP/CCIE
  • Demonstrated experience successfully deploying and supporting:
    • Cisco ASA Firewalls
    • Juniper SA / MAG / Pulse Security Gateways
    • Cisco Security Manager (CSM)
    • Intrusion Protection
    • Cisco IOS Routers and Switches

  • Knowledge of Windows Authentication methods such as AD and LDAP

What Personal Information is used and how long is it retained?

Taleo* uses Personal Information such as your name, contact information and other information necessary for the application process. Taleo is hosted by a third party vendor, Oracle, based in the United States. Oracle may also use additional third party vendors to process personal data. Oracle has contractually committed to protect Personal Information and to process it only as instructed by our company, including the destruction of the Personal Information at the end of the retention period. Oracle has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework for processing employee related Personal Information.
Access to Personal Information may be from within the country in which the individual to whom the data relates is based, or from any other country in which an authorized user of Taleo is based. While the country from which information is accessed may not have laws that protect Personal Information in the same way as the country in which you are based, all Personal Information in Taleo will be used in accordance with the Global Privacy Notice for Employment-Related purposes , any local privacy notices you receive, all applicable company policies with respect to the privacy and confidentiality of Personal Information, including, but not limited to our Global Privacy and Data Protection Policy and our Global Internet Privacy Policy and any additional requirements of the countries in which the employees to whom the data relate are based.

 

How do I update, correct or delete Personal Information in Taleo?

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your Personal Information that you provide and maintain in your Taleo Profile at any time. You can also request that the information be removed from our database by contacting the company’s Privacy Office. At any time you may decide no longer to use Taleo, raise a concern or make a complaint about your privacy or use or sharing of Personal Information about you by contacting the company’s Privacy Office.
